We would like to ensure that we offer all our customers the highest level of security possible on all payment card orders. To support our already high levels of fraud screening, we have introduced Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode. We are one of a number of stores providing this added security for customers to give you peace of mind when shopping online.

What is Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode?

This is a new security program from Visa and MasterCard that has been put in place to protect you from unauthorized use of your card when shopping online. It is an additional security measure that will appear before completing a purchase. Visa and MasterCard will allow you to create your own personal password to use when shopping online.

How do they work?

You only need to register with Visa and MasterCard once to create your password for each of your payment cards. Then whenever you shop online using your registered cards you will be asked to enter the relevant password as an additional validation before the order is confirmed.

What do I need to do to register?

If unregistered, a box will appear at checkout asking you to complete some personal details. Once done, you will then be asked to create a password which will be used to authenticate future orders placed online with your Visa or MasterCard payment cards at participating online stores. The details you enter in this process will be submitted to your card issuer via a secure link; this information will not be held or viewed by anyone

What if I am already registered?

If you have already registered, you just need to enter your personal password when prompted to do so on checkout.
